定義： 光學傳感器是一種傳感器，是依據光學原理進行測量的，它有許多優點，如非接觸和非破壞性測量、幾乎不受干擾、高速傳輸以及可遙測、遙控等。主要包括一般光學計量儀器、激光干涉式、光柵、編碼器以及光纖式等光學傳感器及儀器。在設計上主要用來檢測目標物是否出現，或者進行各種工業、汽車、電子產品和零售自動化的運動檢測。將手指按壓在玻璃平面的一側，在玻璃的另一側安裝有LED光源和CCD攝像頭，LED發出的光束以一定的角度照射向玻璃，攝像頭用于接收從玻璃表面反射回的光線。手指上的脊線與玻璃表面接觸，谷線不與玻璃表面接觸，因此，照射在指紋脊線所接觸部分的玻璃表面的光線被漫反射，而照射在指紋谷線所對應的玻璃表面的光線被全反射，從而在由CCD攝像頭捕獲的圖像中，對應指紋脊線的部分顏色較深，對應指紋谷線的部分顏色較淺。本詞條內容引用自百度百科
